Maybe, just maybe, Emlx is trading at a much smaller multiple of next years revenues than that.

nope.. they guided to $245 mill in revenue.. multiply that by 15, and you you get 3.67 billion, currently EMLX's market cap.

Expensive, id say so. But, I never short a stock on valuation alone. Storage has been perceived as one of the stronger sectors in tech for the past few years, and lack of competition and strong pricing has allowed to these stocks to maintain their margins and competitive edge. How much longer do you think this will last? How much longer before storage goes the way of computers, nothing but a simple commodity? These people dont make a product with ever expanding margins and no competition. On the contrary, they're getting to a point in the cycle where pricing and competition will play a major roll. Just stick around and watch ;)
