I got out of ACTI in October before I left. That they are reducing their head count does not sit well with me. They are still a cash rich company with good technology. If they could somehow get involved with the security concerns, they'd come out a big winner. But since they are not US based, that seems hard to do. Barring that, I'd say there is about 3~5 quarters before I'd look for big moves on them. It is on my back burner for now.
