Let me make something very clear, terrorists target civilian targets, freedom fighters target military or other unoccupied targets to minimize civilian casualties. Even the Israeli "terrorists" of the early 40' were not really terrorists, since they did not target civilians (at least rarely, and not as a general "policy" as Arafat does), just British targets (they even hang a British soldier in retaliation to some of their people being hang, not nice, but not terror).
