No. Never said that.

Enron may not be the first corporation accused of criminal action, just the largest, and they are from Texas.

They are from Texas, so what? This story could have just as easily happened in AZ or NJ.

Investigation requires some sort of probable cause to trigger an inquiry. Its hard for me to imagine a scenario where simply bring from a particular locaiton would rise to that level. As I said, its political profiling and no less heinous, IMO than racial profiling....
