Good try Dog.
I tried to go through the instructions found here:
annoyances.org
but couldn't follow them duh some of the items didn't show up on the screen.

I went to this site and downloaded "installer" again.
The problem is still there.
download.cnet.com

Went to "Add Remove Programs" on the control panel and Installer is not mentioned there.

Question: Where is it hiding and how do I remove it?

Thanks for the time.
