Well - looks like they got Kaiser Aluminum today - declared BK due to declining business & asbestos litigation. Reminds me of the late 80's early 90's when the Attorney's almost litigated the light aircraft industry out of existence.

On asbestos my feeling is tort reform has little chance what with all the attorneys that occupy the House and Senate. Talk about your powerful lobby.

Until it looks as if corporate America is on the brink of collapse due to this nothing will be done.

Just my 2 cents.
