Btw, on that topic of "corruption in PA areas", has Israel already coughed up the local taxes they have collected, or do they just like any good libertarian, call any tax a corruption?? Ilmarinen Was funny to read the comments below on the saudi 5%, when sales tax in US is usually around 7%, and in EU around 12-18-28%, without getting into the topic of local income tax. (as well as why Mrs Roosevel said that as long as local, basic education is based on local property taxes, there will be severe problems with local, basic education and school districts) Btw, that was, obviously, the big thing at the start of the 1900s, nothing peculiar to Mrs Roosevelt.
