I've finally bought a membership in this site so I can weigh in as another Pet. Engr. to this long suffering play. Oh how we love to hate deep, tight fractured gas reservoirs! Have you ever known one that didn't have water problems? I concur, this is not conate water; it is formation water that surges up through the fracture system as a function of pressure differential across the fractures. Are we the only ones old enough to remember the lessons of the fractured Smackover reservoirs?
This is a great play. I've doubled up when PYR got back to $2.
Keep the sage advice flowing. I need to get up to the field again, been a while. Where is the local diner that we can count stands from while they are out of the hole?
