Jim,
I would be surprised if CEI-A runs into problems. They are supposedly buying back some common shares, which would be some kind of stupid if the common is going to drop. They must be confident that the common dividend is safe now.
The rest look like decent prospects until interest rates climb. MAA-A and GRT-B may give back 5-20% depending on how much rates climb, since they are really bond proxies.
