Absolutely, and we are the world's policeman whether we like it or not...... That's why we should have gone into Rwanda and that's why we did go into Bosnia and Somalia. With the technology we have at our disposal and the low death rates we suffer we can be the world's hero if we apply our force on a humanitarian basis and not just a business basis....
