Well the article says that they will just believe (like you?) that it was bad ju ju.

The victims of Bhopal were in the wrong place at the wrong time, very much like victims of earthquakes, hurricanes, or the World Trade Center. Definitely bad ju ju.

Enron fools deserve their outcome. Well before the collapse several analysts (David Tice for instance) were indicating it was a sham. Employess had plenty of opportunity to divest their 401Ks. If you have a choice of where to put your money and you lose it, you are not a victim, you are a poor investor.
