House %% below 7 % still..Things are picking up in the economy so we will see the results in a few months.

No one should be able to buy a house with less than 10% down. No one.
We had two people in complex where we lived and then had a rental say "I can just walk away from my house because I have a VA loan with NOTHING down".
And one of them did, and the VA sold it for peanuts, bringing down the price of all the houses in the neighborhood for over six months. Too bad for anyone who wanted to sell during that time. Thanks a lot government.
