Today'st move of 30 cents looks stronger than last week's price fluctuations. Although weak, technical indicators were positive since January. If it holds above 4.5, we have a positive indication of "demand for this stock". Wait and see if it holds. Ram

Well, I tried to buy at 4.51 and someone steps in front of me. Now trying to buy at 4.61. still have my order in at 4.51 as well.
