Amazing how the negatives focus on the "what ifs" and ignore the past performance of ACF. What if the credit rating for ENE had not been dropped and DYN allowed to buy as planned around $13. DYN was basically forced to back out and lose $1B invested due to "fear reactions" and look at the result. ENE would now be on its way to being part of DYN and probably would have a much stronger market. And all the fear monger analysts and writers would have nothing to write about and lawyers would have less class action suits. Pity.
