Just looked at the underlying data by strike for max pain. If amat stays below 50 the max pain result will be achieved as that is the next strike above the 45 sweet spot. There is about $ 8 million at the 50 strike that could be taken out if amat closed below 50 tomorrow.

If so, S. Korea may be a glimpse of the future. How much time did you spend there? What did you see?
