You seem call for a preemptive strike against iran and iraque because they are Suspected of developing weapons of mass distruction and are known to be hostile towards the us. I would add " and irrational" Israel launched such a strike against Iraq several years ago and I believe it set back their nuclear capability by quite a bit. Truman and Eisenhower and Kennedy to whom the idea of a preemptive attack was amoral. Truman dropped two nuclear bombs on Japan, Eisenhower and Kennedy launched preemptive strikes in North Korea and Vietnam.
