Wow! That research is right on the money in regard to the viewpoint of liberalism. "As long as I can burn (with taxes) some of a rich persons money, take more of mine". It also explains the attitude leftists in Europe take in regard to the Kyoto Treaty. "Make those wealthy Americans pay for their grandiose use of energy".
