there's the link Dave-----Page 18 under capitalization. Unless they are looking for massive lawsuits it spells out very clearly the total adjusted debt after the offering is 25 million......Yahoo has been erroneous on new company profile information for years. MANT did a whole bunch of divesting deals in the last year to rid itself of foreign operations.
Near as I can tell CACI has about a .35 debt to equity ratio after the recent secondary....and MANT's is 0.07 after their offering.

One of the reasons I like MANT is the very low debt to equity ratio.

WCOM should be good for maybe 2% here long into the close. Does not look to good. You should have mentioned your bias. WCOM is down 5% since your post.
