Concerning Bulkowski's book (Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns) ...

Thats what I thought; honestly the odds are interesting and all but I was hoping for the author to talk about setups of the patterns, what to look for in a break out and what to look for in a failed pattern.

Even thou Edward and Magee's book is quite boring I still thought it was a decent read. I have also read the PPS trading system book (about some guy using chart patterns on the futures market); I have the book called Technical analysis and stock market profits (book basically with just talk about patterns).

Just wondering if the book is worth it for a reference I mean a good reference. I mean there are a million resources on the net etc that give you basics about how triangles are set up but I would like more then that if I was going to buy another pattern book.
