Moody's down grades Elan debt and says additional downgrades maybe coming. Elan is locked out of bond market. Unless management pulls a rabbit soon, Elans days as an independent company are few. Also means Elan will go for a deep discount to underlying value. SEC invest could take a year, with all the SEC is tied up invesigating. Elan not high up on SEC priority pole. Sad, watching the effectiveness of the shorts induced hysteria.
