nothing new.
you'll notice that each 'tedious counter-trend rally' begins and ends at lower levels than the ones before.
by the looks of the weekly chart i don't think this prolonged descent into the maelstrom will end until +- $ 20.
after all, this co. only has $ 2.7 billion in annual revenues.
the emotions manifested by the many QCOM longs on this board tells me that there are still lots of trapped people/institutions holding this stock, friday's high volume panic notwithstanding.
i see enormous desperate efforts here to rationalize and justify their increasingly underwater position, talks of patents deals contracts press releases, china and india, hey, pakistan too, any mention of countries with hundreds of millions of people will do in order to prop up the stock a little bit.
i also agree with Mucho M's assessment that the market will go nowhere for much longer than everyone dares to think.
