Well, we didn't exactly close on the HOD,

The semi equips did. Their valuations at this point in the cycle are staggering.

at, I just can't imagine an up day after listening to the Hewlett conference and what it is saying about corporate spending.
Max Pain is right here on the QQQs. That is the only thing that can probably save this market this week.

..but if enough investors want out this week; they may take advantage of the expiration of options to bail out and then it breaks down at some point tomorrow or friday.

(Maybe HWP itself can go up on the good earnings report but the comments about the industry are not good at all--much less than what the market expects, imho)
