Other than myself, I know very few people who have never tried an illegal drug. And, I don't begrudge anyone who has experimented or even used socially as long as they are not hurting their family or others.... As for the last quote, my understanding is that he claimed he never said that. Some demolib pinhead with a grduge no doubt...You'll notice the "quote" does not address GWB by name....
