LOL! I would agree...but I really don't think that was a correct order. Someone selling that many shares IMO wouldn't be using after hour trading!

I would think that being a CEO of a company in today's market would be extremely difficult. Everywhere you read and hear the need to be diversified....but a CEO who decides to sell shares to diversify their portfolio, always seems to be a subject of a lot of discussion.

After the ENE "meltdown", I would also think that recruiting Board Members for various companies has probably also become more difficult. The Board Members of many companies are probably "rethinking" their commitments and their responsibilities... as well as the possibility of being held liable for their decisions as Board Members.
