As a guy who respects the lower high, lower low thing, you've got to admit this is not a picture of beauty.

Aside from the SOXX, which sometimes does its own thing (see August 2001, when it's high was within 5% of the May and June highs when the COMP Aug high was over 20% below the May high) the COMP, NDX, SPX, and Dow have merely done re-traces of their drops. I agree this is a critical juncture and it bears <G> watching.

However, I'm not going to switch sides until I get confirmation from the COMP and NDX, and that means taking out COMP 1880 and NDX 1510 on volume.
