and the question was raised, and i'm paraphrasing,

if db $ are at an approx. 200 m run rate,why do you think that you'd need to take a 50-70 m hit to renegotiate/collaborate?

in fact, someone asked, why assume a hit at all?

having been at it for only 2 months, it seems like a strange conclusion(assumption). no real answer was given.
