Ok, I see what you mean. My interpretation of "legacy" is that it is something that has been replaced something incompatible, as in ISA->PCI. 32bit 33 MHz PCI is one of the modes of PCI-X, and I wouldn't really call it legacy. Besides, PCI has about 95% of the market, PCI < 1% (my WAG).
