Bad timing. Period.

A fellow trader has hounded me through various vestiges to learn how to cut losses quickly and let profits run courtesy of Nicholas Darvas... The problem I run into is being in a leveraged fund, when you are on the wrong side of the trade, you are doubly wrong. And I always have this fear impediment of getting whipsawed twice by switching out. Hence this is why I am so methodical and I refuse to look at my Rydex balance on a day in day out basis.

My levels will come, just not always in the immediate timeframe I always position into.

Also, I do other equity and option trades that I do not post on this board. I refuse to post option trades because of liquidity or open interest issues related. Also, I can tend to strike out on options expiring worthless and I won't even flinch. This is because it is such a low capital investment controlling a great amount of leverage and the returns when I hit it right far outweigh the losses. But I do not want to get bogged down answering option questions as I want to keep my index and sentiment levels in focus and work my core Rydex accounts.

Best Regards, J.T.
