> 1. Management doesn't know where the discrepancy between the cash flow statement and the balance sheet came from. They'll get back to me. I think that says it all.

Management says request for documents in TX not material and says on the conference call, "NO" to the question will there be any new disclosures in the 10-k that aren't being made in this press release. (Of course, now that we asked the question, they'll make sure not to disclose anything that they didn't say today).
