jj, I'm not real good at H&S patterns, but it appears that the run today is an attempt to breach the neckline. If I'm measuring this right (and I'm probably not) the implied target could be around 410 or so, but I would agree with you that this H&S has been negated today.

That still keeps the complex H&S in play, IMO, with a possible implied target of SOXX 320 or so if I'm measuring correctly.

That would seem to imply that the SOXX may be strong for the time being, but drop wickedly if we test the Sept. lows. In other words, it could act just as it did last summer.
