That's it. I'm calling the cops!

<<< Grayhairs, I too emptied the jam cans from my yard. Also from my neighbors yard. >>>

People here do not know this, but I used to be "dad's" next door neighbour.
Mr. Dad, I clearly remember putting those cans away for a very rainy day when I might need them.
You must have been peeking through your bedroom window with the night-vision goggles, because I was sure that nobody saw me.
THOSE WERE MY JAM CANS!!!

Oh, well. It's not like I buried a useful currency.
We'll call it even for the several times you trimmed (more like bulldozed) the jungle that was my front yard!!!

Nice PYR action of late.

PS: Too bad this thread has to come alive through mud slinging.

A while back someone posted a list of goofy lawsuits which actually went forward.

In one case a woman tripped over a toddler in a department store and injured herself. She sued the store for her injuries. The toddler she tripped over was her own child. Go figure.

In another case a guy broke into a house where he knew the occupants were away. He gathered up valuables from the house and put them in the garage. When he had everything from the house that he wanted he closed the door to the house and found himself locked in the garage where he remained until the occupants returned home. He survived on dog food and a case of pepsi belonging to the occupant. When the occupant returned home and saved his life, he sued the occupant--for trapping him. Go figure.

Another guy was in the process of stealing the wheels off of his neighbor's car. Fred didn't notice Joe getting in the car and Joe didn't notice Fred working on the passenger side rear wheel. Joe fired up the car and put it in reverse and ran over Fred's hand. Talk about getting caught red handed. Fred sued Joe.

I would suggest that there is ample living proof that Homo sapiens sapiens did interbreed with Homo sapiens neanderthalensis and that we are indeed not alone here. We share the planet with Homo sapiens boneheadensis.

So here is the deal. If Grayhairs agrees to give back all of the money that F9driver paid him for his postings while the ELH stocks were up, would that finally resolve this matter?

Hi Dad,

I can not leave for the Caribbean without first commenting on a statement in your post.

You stated "....when stocks were trading upwards of 10 to 20 times todays value. GREED!! We didn't sell. You did. Nuff said."

NOT !!! I certainly do wish that I had sold at those lofty levels but, regrettably, I did not. I took a huge (to me) loss on this play, Dad, just like many others have, or may yet. But, unlike some, I'm not looking around to blame my loss on anyone else ... not on any of the JV participants, not on any of my sources of information, not on any fishermen, not on any posters, not on anyone but myself. I took a risk. I lost.

Now I suggest that you guys all get back to chatting about ELH. That'll be a lot more fun and certainly more interesting. As for me, I'm definitely heading for the Caribbean again !!

In parting, I do apologize for ever having commented on a "theory" that is of absolutely no importance to me. I'll certainly know better in the future !!!

Good luck to all.
