Wonderful. More laws that will be skirted. Too bad the WP and NYTimes looked the other way when Reno was either denying or botching campaign finance law enforcement. btw, did you see how the Dems tried to sneak a huge loophole through in this bill? It's currently illegal to use soft money to pay off hard money debts. So what do the Dems sneak into the bill? - a provision that allows the use of soft money to pay of hard money debts! Why? Because the Dems have huge hard money debts and the GOP doesn't! The Dems are so corrupt.
