Val,

You sold PIL on the 31st of Jan. and shorted CLS on the 1st of Feb. Thus you still have one more trade allowed in Feb. In your case it would be to cover your CLS short. If you cover your CLS short before the end of Feb. you would have to sit in cash until March 1st at the earliest

Your are allowed only one sell and one buy in any given month.
