Time to review a few thread rules: First, hot dogs are bad for you. That's why we prefer to call them tube steaks. Second, eating stuff that is bad for you helps build a stronger immune system and is encouraged. Third, hot dogs have stuff in them that, if you stopped to think about it, would make you never want to eat them. So don't think about it. Fourth, posting not one but three songs (ugh!) from Dirty Dancing is far worse for your health than eating even an undercooked hot dog. Fifth, Gloop, go to your room! You obviously have not found a proper use for a cylindrical object for a long long time. I think that about covers it. <g>
