Ken, Chapter and Worse. <g> D&O insurance could be a crisis for the smaller cos. But proving D&O malfeasance is a tough game. They all have Ronald Reagan "I don't recall" disease.

One of the largest writers of D&O is Chubb Executive Risk.

When Fraud is involved those involved aren't covered so some of the ene folks may not have coverage and of course there are limits on the policies.

ACE & XL (I'm ignoring the old CIGNA in ACE) should have limited their exposure with retro cessions.
