Hi Roy, I stopped drooling when that women said 10 % annual maintanance. This little picture next to my computer hasn't cost me a penny. She also said the under 50 was soft this last year and a half - but the big boats have been steady - I guess that puts me squarely in the wannabe category. Money flow only really comes with EARNINGS and MARGINS. Back to the Patience part of my post. I can be Patient. Thanks for all your keen updates and analysis. Bob
