As much as I am encouraged by the better results out of the PC sector, two Worden indicators are reaching the levels that they reached just before the melt down in September. I am cuatious as a result. The number of stocks more than one standard deviation above the 200 SMA is at 55 percent, while the number of stocks more than one standard deviation below their 200 SMA is now at 20 percent. While the number below are not at the most extreme that we have seen (12 percent), it is close.
