Joe,

Right now INTC is the main driver of the DOW being up as well as the NAS IMO.

Maybe something to that psychologically, but as of now the INTC contribution to the 400+ point run up in the Dow is only 20.5. Most of the Dow components have been attracting buyers the last few days, out of proportion to the broader market. Perhaps it's a "flight to quality" though I don't hear people saying such. I'm not convinced the fall out from the Enron thing, and the heightened awareness that under GAAP the Nasdaq 100 lost $100B last year has gone away. It may be resting for a bit, but I don't see much breadth to this little buying spree.
