<It is true that many companies will want the latest equipment to help keep their costs down, but as a general rule the equipment companies don't lead the upturns. It's a fallacy perpetuated by a couple of people that sound good.>

That may be... I'm just spewing a reason why those stocks may be up. Not saying it makes any sense, it's what people say... no?

Any explanation to the paradox that both INTC and AMD reported all time high sales (units) and it's a fact that overall PC sold number was down YoY. Channel stuffing? What else?
