BC,

Good to see you my friend.

In the big picture, all we have done so far is:

1) Wipe out the worst excess of tech bubble
2) Made a relatively minor/quick correction in non-tech

If one looks at the Dow, I think the only arguments are

1) It has done a 4 and is headed to new highs
2) The bear market has only just begun

I am sticking with #2 for now.
