Eagle Building: very familiar

In Asensio's book he talked about a company that was suspect called Diana or something. He released a report stating that the technology wasn't as great as it was touted to be. Diana was worried that the stock would tank based on the news so they asked to have their own stock halted so it wouldn't dump more. Turns out Diana lied in order to get it halted, stated there was pending news when no real vital news was ultimately released. A tactic to stop the shorts from outing a scam. The SEC wasn't too happy about this later.
