Dealing with the corporation and profiting from that dealing can be a problem for Fastenow and others who did that as they have a fiduciary duty to their employer as a principal officer.

Hardly legal, LOL. But I believe many of the felonies are so technical in nature it will be difficult to convince a jury. Selling on illegal insider information and fraudulently pumping the stock while he unloaded appear to be visible possibilities.

At the end of the day, he may wind up being only second or third on the "heinous Enron bad guys" list. But all that remains to be seen.

OTOH: The Senate committee that subjected him to the harassment the other day should be dragged to the gallows and hung before the next sunrise...
