My grandmother did that to me once with Ivory soap, and I remember it to this day!

I was only repeating what my brother had said five minutes earlier, only Grandma wasn't within ear shot when he said it.

I would NEVER do that to a child!

That happened to me so often I learned to LIKE the taste of soap.

Another one was "if you don't eat your broccoli you have to go to your room". Sheeyit, a new Outdoor Life and WLS rock on the radio, I was headed there anyway.
