So CIPH actually beat estimates by a couple of pennies.

I'm not quite sure what CIPH means by "process proteomics." None of this is covered in filings or on their web page; the BioSepra munch was fairly recent (and BioSepra's page is no help). Process chromatography involves separating complex mixtures to get the part you want in large amounts (as opposed to a little bit needed for an experiment, maybe not knowing in advance exactly what the bit is). How this would be done with protein chips is eluding me. Small chips and production quantities seem mutually exclusive to me. Quality control (normally done with raman spectrometers, I believe)? Yet they already have a customer?

Sheesh, yet another conference call to listen to. Hope somebody asks this question.

Cheers, Tuck
