Try shorting afterhours. I have never had any problems getting shares then. Problem is that many stocks don't trade after hours or there is too wide of a spread. However, in general if you feel a stock is going to fall 25%+ mid term then sacraficing .20-.40 cents ain't that bad.

No shorts in the patch currently. Liking tech short better now that the NDX was stopped around 1500, but will look to rotate back into OSX short again down the road.

One other factor to look for a bottom in the OSX, insider buying. In 98 crash, we saw SUBSTANTIAL insider buying in stocks like RIG, DO, HAL, and GLM. I just don't see it yet.
