Yes, pornography is legal (at least some of it).

But people don't take the 5th to avoid answering questions about legal activities. And, yes, even in America, people still get wrongfully convicted (although according to demolibs, they're only poor blacks or trailer trash who have court-appointed lawyers who sleep during their trials).

Given the current McCarthyistic hysteria, hype, hyperbole, and hate surrounding the Enron enigma, I'd take the 5th before Congress if I were just the Enron night janitor, on the chance that somebody might accuse me of obstruction of justice for doing my job, throwing away a trashcan full of waste paper.
