Naw, Cacaito is not a short. He is a medical doctor. He either gets carried away or should be. He is at times a bit careless or too eager to post. He might have a bit of a complex s the scientist that post on S.I. in general won't respond to his post. Gee, I wonder if I'm projecting? But sometimes he is right and they are wrong.

I see him as a true believer, highly insulted by what he considers a fraud perpetuated on cancer patients, the medical profession and investors.

Don't understand why he continues to post here. Have asked him to continue to return to the XOMA boards to bash XOMA. He has made a weak attempt with a couple of post but still insist on posting more here. Go figure.

Logically wanting is your neutral defense of a company that has proven at the least to be crooks and without disclosing your position. I am clear, I have not own long neither short Imcl, would like to short it to zero, but Etrade has no shares to lend. Go back to Sepr, at least they are going to go down to $10 due to honest business!
