A few of those ENE execs could have used your advice a couple of years ago. Now they'll each need three of you. lol

Predictably, different people have dramatically different versions of exactly what happened. Sherron Watkins (the now famous whistleblower) claims that Ken Lay was "duped" (her word) by Skilling and Fastow; Skilling testified and claims he had no idea what was happening.

Lay took the 5th (wisely, I think) and now he's the easy target for not laying bare his soul before a bunch of Congressmen with no protection. Ironically, this Congressional investigation will be a monumental help to the trial lawyers (who would have had a field day anyway) but could ultimately harm any criminal investigations. Isn't politics grand?
