Your preocupation with my personal characteristics are very immature the subject is Imcl, your maybe funny attacking me without any basis as being a short is pure infantile for someone that has claim to "handle cases" cause you have no facts for it just your subjective circumstantial and posting-syndrome world guess base on a black and white division of posters as longs/shorts, only you could be interested without position in the company, wow how high minded. You are claiming "handling cases" then you know that BMY could not be right. Well, I will prefer the BMY legal department working for P. Dolan to you, they have all the facts and they feel they will prevail, you only have as much as me, but you refused to comment about the MerckKAag ceo that stays with zero disguise " Imcl breach of contract for not providing the RTF information on time" or something like that as very strong description of how someone very close to the situation feels and have not problem expressing it to the public. (I ask you in a funny way about "editorial", not my intention to offend you, my apologies). Your position is not my interest, but your self-righteous attacking me of being short and "disguised" only out of your mind that made me ask you. I consider you honest (have seen your posting before, very consistent). You believe Bmy will be better not fighting for their rights after being cheated, fine with me. I strongly feel that Bmy must fight for their rights and get as much money back as possible, my only problem with BMY is that they are continuing the Erbitux theater just to recover as much as possible not because they believe on it, the chances for Erbitux are just a "maybe" not worth to put $2 billions, the $60M mercky put is ok, anyway it seems that they sold 2 million shares in December and the drug is free for them out of the shareholders money. harlan was proven in court to be a criminal cocaine traficker (most probably a dealer too), only reverse in a technicality, is that not enough for you to consider him a crook, it is an antisocial criminal to me, belong in jail for the first one, hopefully will go with this one. sam has been known to damage science fellows work of months for providing the wrong material and fire out of Mount Sinai, that is a crook to me. The published reports in the Media about how he has cheated taxes and busines associates are of the acts of a crook. And the lies after the RTF, knowing that a full copy was out, his timed selling of shares when he knew all what the investors did not are the actions of a crook. And his persistency in "leading Imcl to the FDA meeting" is not believing in the drug is part of the theater of showing he is working for Imcl, he is working to keep his skin out of jail, the SEC/Justice/Congress is not there after any leak (there was none since that information belong to the shareholders, it was a service to the public) they are after insider trading and deception. Questions : sam knew all the problems for months, only a rosy version was out, is that honest? sam knew that they need more clinical trials, he does not provides that information to shareholders, is that honest? sam knew that the copy is out, he does not release an Imcl copy, is that honest? It is pr 101 to quickly provide facts and that letter out would have proven him immediately. Why not make it public? sam sells his portion of the tender, fine, why selling the November $45M, when he knew application was in trouble (if anyone argues he did not know it was in trouble, it does not know the minimun about FDA communications). It is not insider trading? I could not prove that, but it is to me quite dishonest, and the activity of a crook. By the way, all FDA communications belong to the company, they are responsible for making it public to their shareholders. wasal has plenty of lawyers, Bmy too.
