'Deployment of an advanced IP-based wireless network has always been one of our primary goals, and deploying facilities providing fully mobile wireless services to test customers represents an important milestone for the company and its investors,' says Allen Salmasi, NextWave chairman and CEO in a statement.

LOL!!! This guy cracks me up!!! What a line of crap!! Yeap!! It's been a primary goal all along alright!! Well, that is after Dec. 31, 2001 in which he was going to sell out for the cash!! Very Important primary goal!! ROTFL!!

Maybe we can sign up to be a trial user?

nextwavetelecom.com

Nope!!

Even little ole' Monet has a web site you can sign up for service!!

monetmobile.com

Probably too busy working on their " primary goals" Ever seen a board room full of lawyers climbing up towers installing feed lines?? It's quite a sight to see..or should that be site to see?

"The news comes as a surprise to some insiders, who suspected that NextWave's claims that it was continuing its network buildout during various bankruptcy and legal dramas with the FCC may have been exaggerated. "

Now, that's hard to believe! I was waiting for the "Required Notifications" to show up on their licenses! Sure enough. 3 days before the deadline. Here came all of these buildout requirement documents.

I'll post a couple of them tomorrow (if the ULS ever comes back to life) if you guys want to see what a joke this is?

Yeap!!! They built a network so they could tear it down.

Don't worry. They are getting ready to play their "public service" harp in case the Supreme Court agrees with the FCC. I can read the headlines now.

Nextwave user (singular) pleads with the FCC to allow Nextwave to stay in business. Mr. Smith claims that Nextwave is the only wirless data provider where his trailer is located on Swamp Road Mississippi. Mr. Smith claims that his doctor uses the Nextwave network to monitor his heart's vital signs, allowing Mr. Smith to live a productive life at home in his trailer vs. staying in the hospital... Blah, Blah, Blah..

All they need is about another 7 billion dollars!!!

Cruel justice!! Thier licenses are probably not even worth 4.8 Billion today!!! LOL!! Serves them right!!!
